Make an appointment in 3 steps. Step 1: Select a staff member. Step 2: Select an available date. Step 3: Select an available timeslot.

For students, your email address is your last name, first initial, and last two digits of your student ID.
Example: John Doe with a student ID of J930000012 would have an email address of doej12@lsus.edu
