Thurman C. Smith: A Photographic Legacy In-Person
LSUS Northwest Louisiana Archives celebrates a legacy of light, art, and storytelling with a curated exhibition of the photography of Thurman C. Smith, renowned Shreveport photographer whose collection of images document nearly a century of Shreveport-Bossier history and represent the combined work of three major photography studios. The exhibit opening will be held on April 23, 2026, 6:00 to 9:00 pm on the third floor of Noel Memorial Library at LSUS. The public is invited.
