DESCRIPTION:LSUS Northwest Louisiana Archives celebrates a legacy of 
 light\, art\, and storytelling with a curated exhibition of the photography 
 of Thurman C. Smith\,  renowned Shreveport photographer whose collection of 
 images document nearly a century of Shreveport-Bossier history and 
 represent the combined work of three major photography studios.  The 
 exhibit opening will be held on April 23\, 2026\, 6:00 to 9:00 pm on the 
 third floor of Noel Memorial Library at LSUS. The public is invited.
